- Material Composition: The mask is constructed with two outer layers of 19 gsm ES (Ethylene Propylene Side-by-Side) material combined with an 18 gsm middle layer of MBPP (Meltblown Polypropylene) for filtration.
- High Efficiency: This construction delivers a Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (3.0um) of 99.00% and a Particle Filtration Efficiency (0.1um) of 99.10%.
- PU Loop Bands: The light blue loop bands are made from silicon-free polyurethane (PU) and are available in both ear loop and head loop configurations to suit different user preferences
Strict Contamination Control
- Ultrasonic Bonding: The PU loop bands are ultrasonic-bonded, which ensures a cleaner mask by significantly reducing contamination and outgassing.
- Cleanroom Manufacturing: The masks are manufactured and packed within a cleanroom environment, utilizing solvent-free and cleanroom double-bagged packaging to maintain absolute integrity.
- Ideal Applications: This mask provides excellent facial protection for activities inside cleanrooms, laboratories, and other controlled areas. It is particularly suitable for use in the semiconductor industry due to its cleanroom certification and low airborne particle count
