Advanced 3-Ply Construction & Filtration
- Material Composition: These masks are constructed with two layers of 19 gsm ES (Ethylene Propylene Side by Side) material for the inner and outer layers, combined with an 18 gsm middle layer of MBPP (Meltblown Polypropylene).
- High Efficiency: This precise construction delivers excellent performance, featuring a Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (3.0um) of 99.00% and a Particle Filtration Efficiency (0.1um) of 99.10%.
- Secure Fit: A coated metal or plastic strip acts as a nose piece to keep the mask secure when worn.
Specialized Headloop Options & Contamination Control
To meet the specific requirements of your facility, our headloop facemasks are available in two specialized band materials:
- OP Headloop: Features loop bands made of Opelon (OP) material, applicable for use in aseptic areas and general cleanroom environments.
- PU Headloop: Features light blue loop bands made of polyurethane (PU). These PU bands are silicon-free.
- Ultrasonic Bonding: All headloop bands are ultrasonic-bonded, ensuring a cleaner mask by reducing contamination and outgassing.
Sterile Availability & Packaging
- Sterile Options: For highly critical pharmaceutical environments, the ES OP masks are available in a sterile option, Gamma irradiated to a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10⁻⁶.
- Cleanroom Packaging: To ensure absolute integrity, all headloop masks feature solvent-free and cleanroom double-bagged packaging.
