- Material Composition: These masks are constructed with two outer layers of 19 gsm ES (Ethylene Propylene Side-by-Side) material combined with an 18 gsm middle layer of MBPP (Meltblown Polypropylene).
- High Efficiency: This precise construction delivers exceptional filtration, featuring a Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (3.0um) of 99.00% and a Particle Filtration Efficiency (0.1um) of 99.10%.
- Secure Fit: A coated metal or plastic strip acts as a nose piece to keep the mask secure when worn.
Specialized Earloop Options & Contamination Control
To meet the specific requirements of your facility, our earloop facemasks are available in two specialized band materials:
- OP Earloop: Features loop bands made of Opelon (OP) material, ideal for general cleanroom and strict aseptic environments.
- PU Earloop: Features light blue, silicone-free polyurethane (PU) earloops, making it particularly suitable for use in the semiconductor industry where airborne particle counts must be strictly minimized.
- Ultrasonic Bonding: Regardless of the material chosen, all earloop bands are ultrasonic-bonded, ensuring a cleaner mask by significantly reducing contamination and outgassing.
Sterile Availability & Packaging
- Sterile Options: For highly critical pharmaceutical and aseptic applications, the ES OP earloop variants are available in a sterile format, Gamma irradiated to a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10⁻⁶.
- Cleanroom Packaging: To ensure absolute integrity prior to reaching your gowning room, all sterile and non-sterile earloop masks feature solvent-free and cleanroom double-bagged packaging.
